For many of us in modern society we are living in our heads and not experiencing whats going on in our bodies. We have become accustom to ignoring the signals and messages our bodies send. It has become culturally acceptable to not stay hydrated for the inconvenience of needing to use the restroom at work. As if this normal healthy bodily function is a nuisance.

Once these habits start to from it can expand into ignoring muscle tension and pain until it becomes chronic like TMJ. Modern medicine will be quick to offer you BOTOX. Is that treating the root cause dysfunction or treating the symptoms?

So many of us are short on time and understandably want the quicker “easier” fix. This is essentially kicking the proverbial can down the road. How many of us know a loved one that was dedicated and hard working there who life only to reach retirement only to be in-firmed and pass away.

The body is a miraculous vehicle that houses our soul, for some the body we have been given genetically can take on numerous forms of stress and for others it cannot.
